On Thursday District Congress committee members submitted a memorandum addressed to the Dehradun district magistrate demanding swift execution of the incomplete road works in the Miyawala Nyay Panchayat area.
The DCC members and locals have threatened to stage protest if the work is not completed in a week In 2010 the then CM had laid the foundation for this work which is still incomplete one and half year after being started.
This is causing inconvenience to the locals with rise in accidents and damage to the water pipeline.
The DCC members said that thousands of locals are facing problems due to the incomplete status of the road works.
