Sahaspur assistant returning officer NS Dangi served notice to Communist Party of India candidate Shiv Prasad Devli for conducting public meeting at Singhniwala, Sahaspur without seeking permission from election office on Friday. Devli was directed to reply to the election office within 24 hours.
