After receiving complaint, an FIR was lodged against MlA, his gunner and his domestic help on Wednesday, he added. It will be recalled that the MlA has been controversial due to his actions which include allegedly firing from his licensed gun at a dinner party hosted by a cabinet minister in Dehradun. He had also made serious allegations against Transport Minister Surendra Rakesh of the BSP after which Champion was removed from the post of Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation chairman by the Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna when coalition partners demanded stringent action against him.
