Welcoming the decision of the high court, the BJP state president Banshidhar Bhagat said that the Congress should apologise publicly for trying to mislead the public and wasting the time of the court.Bhagat said that the Congress is habituated to wasting the time of the court and public using falsehoods. Stating that the HC dismissing petitions of the Congress candidates alleging EVM tampering was akin to a tight slap to the Congress, he said that the public is supporting the BJP which the Congress is unable to digest.
