The Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has expressed grief on the demise of Ranvir Singh Negi, father of senior journalist Ravi B S Negi. In his message to the grieving family members the CM wished that the departed soul rest in peace.
The president of the Pradesh Congress Committee, Pritam Singh also expressed his condolence on the death of senior journalist's father.
Ranvir Singh Negi (80 years) was a retired armed forces personnel. He was not in a good health for some months now.
Negi breathed his last at Mahant Indiresh Hospital on Thursday morning. His last rites were performed at Haridwar. He is survived by three sons.
