Uttarakhand Rajya Nirman Andolankari Samman Parishad vice chairman Dhirendra Pratap has said that Chief Minister Harish Rawat has assured him that an ordinance will be issued for 10 per cent job reservation for Statehood activists following the State cabinet meeting slated to be held on June 29.Pratap informed that the process of identification of statehood activists had been started again with the first list of 11 identified statehood activists of Pauri district being released on Monday. He said that this decision was taken at a meeting held in Pauri on last Saturday. Reacting to the allegations being made by the BJP regarding the alleged 2013 disaster relief scam, Pratap said that the BJP leaders demanding a CBI probe into the alleged scam now are the same ones who had consistently rejected the demand made by the Congress for CBI probe into alleged scams during the term of the BJP led State government. He accused the BJP of spreading misinformation regarding the execution of announcements made by the chief minister Harish Rawat and challenged the BJP State chief Tirath Singh Rawat and the leader of opposition Ajay Bhatt to a debate within 72 hours at the Clock Tower in Dehradun.
