In an informal interaction with the media after reviewing arrangements for the Nanda Devi Raj Jat Yatra, Chief Minister Harish Rawat said that the Char Dham Yatra is underway without hitches. He said that considering the safety of the pilgrims undertaking the pilgrimage to the Char Dham shrines, the Government had halted them at secure locations in view of inclement weather. The pilgrims will be allowed to go forward once the weather improved, said the CM, while stressing that this Yatra has not been suspended.
