A team of CBI along with ONGC vigilance team had conducted raids in ONGC Hospital after receiving a complaint related to irregularities in the purchase of medicines and other medical equipments.
Sources said that CBI officials are reported to have collected dozens of files related to hospital in course of raids which were held for around seven hours on Friday.
They said that there were some complaints regarding scam in purchase of medicines and other medical equipments in the hospital.
In this hospital, ONGC officials are being given free medical treatment with the treatment cost being borne by ONGC. CBI team is learnt to have collected documents related to dispensary and pharmacy departments. Some officials were also questioned.
