Eligible candidates may now submit their application forms for availing the ‘jansri’ scholarship scheme till end of December 2013.
All the students of the BPl category studying in class 9th to 12th standards who have yet not been able to apply for this scheme, may now do so as the Government has fixed December 2013 as deadline for acceptance of forms in this ‘Jansri’ scholarship scheme , said N S Gasyal, District
Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), Bageshwar.Since December 2013 is the deadline for submitting the applications in this regard, therefore, principals of all the schools have been advised to ensure that all the eligible candidates have submitted their applications forms for availing this ‘Jansri’ scholarship scheme, he added.
It is also to note that as per the rules only two eligible candidates of a BPl family may avail this ‘Jansri’ scholarship scheme, further said Gasyal.
More so, the eligible candidates are also supposed to know that only school principal approved application forms will be accepted for this
‘jansri’ scholarship scheme, he clarified.
Eligible candidates may submit such duly approved application forms to the
office of the DSWO on all working days, said the official concerned.
