State Cabinet Minister Surendra Rakesh had to face tough time while replying to subsidiary question asked by BJP MlA Madan Kaushik on how many posts vacancy they have sent to Public Service Commission. MlA lalit Farswan asked why Bageshwar district does not have district social welfare officer for the past 12 years.
Minister Rakesh said that several districts are functioning without district officer and department has sent requisition for recruitment to the PSC. Then MlA Kaushik asked how many posts requisition sent by the departmentIJ Seeing cabinet minister Rakesh was unable to answer the query of Opposition, CM Harish Rawat, who has served as union Parliamentary Affairs Minister, came to his rescue and said 29 posts requisition has been sent to the PCS by the department.
