As the 2017 Bhutan Civil Service Examination (BCSE) results were declared on Thursday, two graduates of IMS Unison University in India topped in the general category. As per a press release issued by the university, Phurpa Tshering, a Journalism and Mass Communication graduate has topped the exam in the general category with a score of 75.79% while Jamyang Chophel, who also studied B.A Journalism and Mass Communication, came second with 74.46%. Of the total 957 graduates who sat for the main exam, 800 of them have secured 50% and above.
