The employees of BHEl Haridwar have once again brought laurels to the organisation by winning the Jury’s Special Award at the National Competition for Managers (NCM) with the theme “India Story 2020 — Smarter, Faster and Cleaner” conducted by All India Management Association. The team from BHEl Haridwar that includes Tuhin Mitra and Abhishek Garg, secured the award in the PSU category in the final round of the competition held in New Delhi.
lauding the efforts of the team, the executive director (HEEP) of BHEl Haridwar, Prakash Chand, said, “Our employees have consistently proven to be the cornerstone of BHEl’s success. The tradition of winning such national honors should continue.”
President Hardwar Management Association and GM (PCRI) Rajeev Bhatnagar also praised the team for their achievement. It is worth mentioning that the team stood first in the north zone round of the competition held in Delhi before participating in the nationals. The competition was open to all corporate managers, irrespective of their age in three categories namely PSUs, Startups and General.
