With many names within the State BJP doing the rounds for the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar parliamentary constituency, Sushil Bhatt, a youth leader of the party, has now also thrown hat in the ring for the lok Sabha seat, urging the party’s central leadership to give him an opportunity. There was a need for change in politics now and that was possible only when youngsters were given an opportunity, said Bhatt.
Describing former PM AB Vajpayee as his ideal, Bhatt said that even Vajpayee ji had always in favour of promoting youths in the party. He was the only young claimant within the BJP for the party’s candidate, he claimed and said central leadership should give him a chance to contest the election.
“I have been touring different parts of the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar parliamentary constituency and I received an overwhelming support from people during my visit. I urge the party’s central leadership to give an opportunity to a young party activist this time to contest from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar lok Sabha seat,” he further said.
