In what shows political patronage to the Angels International School, Madan Negi, a purported audio clip featuring Pratap Nagar MLA, Vijay Singh Panwar and suspended Deputy Education Officer, Dhanvir Singh is circulating in social media platforms. When contacted by The Pioneer, Dhanvir Singh confirmed that the audio is authentic. However repeated attempts by The Pioneer to contact the MLA on phone failed.
The audio ostensibly is of 17 May, 2018 when Dhanvir Singh inspected the school. In the audio, the MLA is asking the DyEO to grant recognition to the school in response to which the officer clearly says that the school management has not applied for recognition. He also repeatedly informs the MLA that the school does not conforms to the norms of Right to Education ( RTE).
