The 19th Annual Inter House Athletic Meet of the Asian School, Dehradun which commenced on October 27 concluded on Thursday. Tashi Malik and Nungshi Malik, the first siblings and twins to climb the Seven Summits and complete Three Poles Challenge, were present during the closing event. Inter House Athletic Meet during the five days witnessed participation of the students from the four houses in different track and field events. Ashoka House won the coveted championship trophy while Arjun House came second and Ranjit House, a distant third.
Khushi Bajaj (Ashoka House) was declared the Best Athlete (Girl) and Sengtukong Enling (Ashoka House) was declared the Best Athlete (Boy) for the year 2018-2019.
Tashi Malik and Nungshi Malik while giving away the trophies to the winners advised the students to continue to work hard and enjoy and make sports a part of their life. It would help them stay disciplined, they said.
