In order to address the grievances of the people living in remote areas on the spot and more importantly, to make them aware about different Government-run schemes, the Almora district administration is going to organise a multipurpose camp in the district on Monday.
The multipurpose camp will be organised on the Government Inter College premises at Bhetabadauli in Almora’s Dhaula Devi block from 11 am on Monday. The people may be able to get their grievances related to basic services solved on the spot at this camp, said the officials concerned.
Apart from helping the citizens resolve their concern on the spot, there will be different Government departments which will be taking part in this camp. Departments including health, revenue, agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, forest, social welfare, child development, education among others will make the citizens aware about the Government’s welfare schemes, said the officials concerned of the Almora district administration.
In the meanwhile, the district administration of Almora has directed the officials concerned to be present at this camp on Monday with necessary preparations to ensure successful conduct of the multipurpose camp. At the same time, it has also advised the citizens to join the aforesaid camp in maximum number and get their grievances resolved.
