The All Saints College in Nainital is one of the schools from Uttarakhand that was listed among 40 schools from across India in the Forbes India’s Forbes Marquee- ‘The Great Indian School 2018’ special edition.

In addition to this institution in Nainital, the Doon School and Ecole Globale International Girls School in Dehradun district have also been included in the list of schools in the special edition. The list is stated to be an attempt to showcase Indian schools that are sculpting young minds with innovative teaching techniques and spearheading excellence in education.

The principal of All Saints’ College, Kiran Jeremiah said that this achievement was a matter of pride especially for the Kumaon region. She said that the school management is providing education keeping abreast of international standards to enable girls who study from here to make a place for themselves anywhere in the world.

This is one of the reasons why the residential-cum-day school for girls was listed among the top 40 schools in India. The various criteria based on which the schools were listed include an atmosphere conducive to education, various facilities, sports, history of the school, connectivity, environmental education and the performance of students in academics and competitive events.
