One of the members of ABVP, Devendra Bisht, who filed nomination for the post of president in the DAV (PG) College as an Independent candidate, has lodged a strong protest at ABVP office and demanded ticket from office-bearers.
However, ABVP had declared Rajesh Negi as its official candidate for the same post in DAV (PG) College. The supporters of Bisht staged protest and created nuisance in the ABVP office. As ABVP was supposed to announced candidate on Saturday so both prospective candidates were present along with their supporters.
