With the objective of providing knowledge of special Sadhana technique to the general public a three day Sadhana camp would be organised at the Nine Palms resort in the city this month.
“Energy is the soul of the Universe. It is energy that drives life and it is energy, the lack of which causes all the troubles in our lives. Channelising your energy in the right direction through ‘Sadhana’ is an art that can heal your body and mind and this would be the subject of this camp”, informed, spiritual preacher Prabhoo Swaroop.
He said that this camp would aim mainly to train people in aligning the mind and soul through a special Sadhana called ‘Pratilom ka Niyam’ or the ‘law of the Inverse’. He added that the camp would be free for all and would mainly depict the art of Urja Yog. He said that people from across the world would be attending the camp. The workshop would be held from November 15 to 17 which will be open for anybody who desires to be a part of it. The idea of the power of the ‘Sadhana’ and the energy would be mainly discussed in
the camp.
Swaroop said that “Sadhana is a scientific way of leading life and it can transform a person totally as it clears all doubts you have in the mind and prepares you both physically and mentally to set your goals and then the path to achieve them,” he added.
