Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre has forecast rain/snow at isolated places especially in Uttarkashi and Chamoli districts of Uttarakhand on Saturday.
The sky would remain cloudy with possibilities of rain/snow at isolated places especially in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Pithoragarh districts of Uttarakhand till April 14.
Uttarakhand Meteorological Centre director Anand Sharma said that western disturbances are triggering the inclement weather. Dehradun might experience rain-spell during the period too, said Sharma.
Sharma said that in Dehradun, maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 30.9°C and 14°C respectively on Friday. The weather forecast for Dehradun on Saturday is partly cloudy sky. Thunder cloud development may occur in some areas towards afternoon/evening.
