As many as 150 candidates have been selected at a recruitment fair organised by the district Employment Exchange department, Bageshwar in association with a Ghaziabad-based firm, Sriram Pistan and Rings limited, for the posts of the ‘Temporary Associate’. Placement officials from the Sriram Pistan and Rings limited, selected the eligible candidates in course of the recruitment fair after conducting a written examination followed by interview, said the officials concerned of the employment exchange department, Bageshwar.
The recruitment fair was held at the premises of the tehsil, Bageshwar, further said the officials concerned. As many as 250 candidates took part in the recruitment fair, they added. Finally, 150 candidates were selected, said the officials concerned. The selected candidates will be given postings at the Sriram Pistan and Rings limited, Ghaziabad with a monthly salary of Rs 9312 per month with provident fund facility, added the officials concerned.
However, the officials concerned of the district administration Bageshwar urged the representatives of the Sriram Pistan and Rings limited to conduct more such recruitment drives in the coming days to ensure that maximum number of unemployed youths from this hill district are given employment.
