Taking exception to the advertisements published in various newspapers without prior certification, the district administration, Gurgaon has issued notices for violation of model code of conduct to two more candidates, contesting from Pataudi assembly segment of district Gurgaon and they have been asked to reply within 24 hours.
BJP Candidate from Pataudi Bimla Chowdhary got published an advertisement in a local daily without taking requisite permission from the Returning Officer Pataudi which is mandatory under election rules. Similarly, INlD candidate from Pataudi Ganga Ram has also been served notice for getting an advertisement published in a local daily without permission. Both of them have been asked to reply within 24 hours of serving of notice. They have to file their reply to SDM Pataudi Virender Chaudhary who is also the Returning Officer for Pataudi Assembly Segment.
