Demanding judicial probe by a sitting judge of either Supreme Court or High Court into Vadra-DlF deal and other alleged land scams of Haryana Government, Indian National lok Dal (INlD) on Monday submitted a memorandum to Haryana Governor Jagannath Pahadia.

A delegation of INlD MlAs under the leadership of party state president Ashok Arora gave the memorandum to Governor and alleged that Haryana Government led by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is involved in scams of around Rs 3.5 lakh crores and an unbiased high level judicial probe is necessary into such scams. The INlD delegation alleged that the state is littered with land mafia, which has captured thousands acres of farmer’s land. Arora said that Hooda has issued ClU (change in land use) licenses of more than 22 thousand acres land which is a scam of close to Rs 3.5 lakh crores.

“In this regard, Haryana’s senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka has already given a report to the Chief Secretary and as CM Hooda, Robert Vadra and other high officials are involved in this matter, it should be investigated by some sitting judge of Supreme Court or High Court,” demanded INlD. INlD MlAs also demanded lodging a case under charges of murder and Prevention of Corruption Act against Former Minister of Hooda government OP Jain and former Chief Parliamentary Secretary Zile Ram Sharma for allegedly killing a former Sarpanch of village Kambopur (Karnal),  Karam Singh.
