Terming the murder of Mata Chand Kaur as “a cowardly act, Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal on Thursday said that her killers would not be spared.
Sukhbir said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) would soon arrest the killers.
Deeply mourning the demise of Mata Chand Kaur, wife of former Namdhari sect head Satguru Jagjit Singh, Sukhbir called upon the bereaved family and Satguru Uday Singh the current head of Namdhari sect.
Sukhbir also prayed to the almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give strength to them to bear this huge loss in this hour of crisis.
