In the winters, Haryana Government has decided to change the timings of all schools in the State for next three months.
The new timings are effective from December 1 and would continue till February 28, 2014 for the convenience of children during the winter season. Haryana Education Minister Geeta Bhukkal said that the new timings for schools would be from 9 am to 3.30 pm. However, the teachers would come to school 15 minutes earlier that is by 8.45 am.
All the District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers in the State have been asked to send the compliance report accordingly, she added.
