A day after its ally, SAD, decided to oppose the BJP-led Central Government’s land Bill, the Punjab BJP president Kamal Sharma on Wednesday asked the Chief Minister and SAD patron Parkash Singh Badal to write to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “The Prime Minister has already made it clear that he is ready to make any amendment in the Bill which is not in favour if the farmers. So, if the SAD thinks there’s anything against the farmers, they should write to the Prime Minister,” said Sharma.
