Punjab Government on Tuesday issued directions for prompt redressal of pending complaints.
Punjab PWD (B&R), Defence Welfare Services and Grievances Redressal Minister-cum-State Advisory Committee (grievances) chairman Janmeja Singh Sekhon said that the State Government is committed to provide absolutely transparent, time bound quality services to the people so the grievances pertaining to all the departments need to be redressed on priority. Sekhon, presiding over the meeting of the State Advisory Committee, informed that the committee has examined the complaints received on the web portal of the department (PB-PGRAMS), studied the main problem areas and has decided to write to the Principal Secretaries of the departments concerned to take up immediate necessary action.
