Chandigarh: Panjab University has invited applications for hiring two part-time counsellors. PU is hiring one male and one female part-time counsellor to counsel the university students. The walk-in interview would be held on June 30 at the Office of Dean of University Instruction, PU. Office of the Dean Student Welfare, PU has invited the eligible candidates for interview on temporary basis. The candidates have been asked to mail their resume in advance to dsw@pu.ac.in for the same. The selected candidate will be paid an honorarium of Rs20,000 per month per head. The candidates should be Post Graduate in Education, Psychology or Psychiatry and also have some specialisation in counselling and they should bring their original certificates at the time of interview.

Chandigarh: Panjab University has announced the detailed admission schedule for various teaching departments at the PU campus. PU spokesman said that the students can submit admission forms for various Under Graduate and Post Graduate Courses up to July 2. The last date to apply for Diploma and Certificate courses would be July 18. PU spokesman further informed that various post graduate courses will have an Aptitude Test conducted by the concerned department. Interview for admission in the 1st year of Master in Public Health Course will be held on July 11 from 10 am onwards in the Centre for Public Health, Aruna Ranjit Chandra Hall.
