Former Union Minister and Patiala MP Preneet Kaur on Thursday wrote a letter to the Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala bringing to his notice the increasing cases of cattle being affected by the Lumpy Skin Disease. Preneet, in her letter, urged the Centre to intervene in the matter.
