CM Manohar lal said that people making complaint on ‘CM window’ would be given opportunity of personal hearing and if he or she feels himself or herself unable to explain his or her complaint, one could take help of prominent person from his village or ward.
He said that some changes are also being made in the software of CM window. “The State Government wants to make CM window so effective that majority of the problems of the common masses are redressed through this window,” he added.
