SAD president Sukhbir Badal on Wednesday said that all reports regarding party candidates from different constituencies are mere speculations and the party is yet to decide the names.
Talking about his candidature from Ferozepur seat, Sukhbir said that the party has yet not decided. “Whatever decision the party takes, whether I should contest or not, will be acceptable to me. I am already fighting from the front being party president,” he said.
Sukhbir, who paid obeisance at the Golden Temple in Amritsar along with his Union Minister wife Harsimrat Kaur Badal,
said that the final decision regarding the Lok Sabha seats’ candidates will be out soon after the party undergo analysis and decide over the same. “The opposition is trying to strategise against SAD-BJP,” he said.
Taking a dig over the SAD (Taksali), Sukhbir said that the party has introduced all the new faces which is absolutely opposite to its character of being Taksali.
