Rajendra Pratap Pandove joined as Director Administration of the Punjab State Power Corporation limited here on Friday.
Preneet Kaur, former Union Minister along with large number of supporters were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Kaur said that Capt. Amarinder Singh Government is committed to provide clean and efficient administration. She also called for providing efficient, affordable and uninterrupted power supply to the people of Punjab.
A. Venu Prasad, Principal Secy.Power Punjab Govt. and CMD, PSPCl, S.C. Arora Director Finance, K.l. Sharma Director Distribution, Surinder Pall, Director Commercial and M.R. Prahar, Director Generation and large number of officers well wishers from various departments were also present on this occasion.
Pandove thanked Punjab chief minister Capt. Amarinder Singh and Preneet Kaur for encouraging him to serve the PSPCl and people of Punjab. Pandove has rich experience of more than 35 years of management, law and administrative of PSEB/PSPCl.
He also remained associated with PSEB/PSPCl management for a long time and handled many crucial administrative issues from time to time.
He served the PSEB /PSPCl in different capacities and retired as General Manager Administration in the rank of Engineer in chief. Prior to joining PSEB, he started his career as a mangemant trainee in Thaper Group of Industries, executive in Escorts ltd and General Manager in PRTC.
He is a keen sports lover and had been a National Cricket Player and Captained Punjabi University Cricket Team in inter University Competitions.
