Haryana Women and Child Development Minister Kavita Jain on Sunday assured a delegation of ICDS Supervisor Welfare Association that the demands presented by them would be considered in a sympathetic manner and a meeting would soon be held in Chandigarh for redressing their grievances.
The Minister was speaking during a meeting with the State Executive of the Association at her residence in Sonepat. Describing the ICDS supervisors as the backbone of the Women and Child Development Department, Jain said the Department was considering their demands in order to resolve their problems.
The demands of the Association include implementation of equal pay, monthly progress report under MIS, mobile phone allowance, travel allowance and disposal of pending cases of ACP at the Headquarters.
