Gathered at Maharana Pratap Bhawan to protest against the TV serial “Jodha Akbar” in sector-25, the President of the Kshatriya Mahasabha, Mahender Singh Tanwar said that they were protesting against the TV serial and wanted it discontinued immediately as it has shown disrespect the Rajput and the Kshatriya community. “We want the Government to act promptly and ban airing of the TV serial which is totally against the Rajputs and has been disrespecting to our women”, he said.

Bhoop Singh, National Speaker of ABKM alleged that in the serial dialogues have been used which are embarrassing and humiliate the Kshatriya community, especially women.

“We have given a memorandum to the Governor against the TV serial and we will court arrest if our demand is not accepted. We will continue with our agitation with a bigger protest at Delhi on August 25”, he added.
