AAP’s senior leader and Punjab unit’s spokesperson Sukhpal Khaira on Sunday challenged State Congress chief Capt Amrinder Singh to prove if the posters released by him on Saturday were fake.
Khaira, a day before, had released a poster of Capt Amarinder posing with Sri Darbar Sahib and Congress party symbol along with the photos of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and party’s vice-president Rahul Gandhi on the top of it.
“I had downloaded the poster from the official Facebook page of Capt Amarinder dated April 22, 2014, and I still have snapshots of the Facebook post. If Amarinder claims the photographs are photoshopped, then why doesn’t he lodge an FIR against meIJ” Khaira dared.
“Amarinder has the habit of blaming others but when it comes to him, he cry foul play. I still stand by my words and now it is Amarinder’s turn to prove his claim of posters being photoshopped. Show me the report of cyber expert report, and I am ready to face anything,” said Khaira.
Reacting on Capt Amarinder opposing AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal’s visit to the Golden Temple on July 18, Khaira said that Capt Amarinder has no right to stop anybody from paying respect at Sri Darbar Sahib.
