The State Executive Committee of Indian National lok Dal will meet in Chandigarh on September 20 to finalise the party strategy for panchayat polls.
The meeting will be chaired by leader of Opposition in Vidhan
Sabha, Abhey Singh Chautala and state President, Ashok Arora.
All the members of the party executive, MPs, MlAs, Ex-MPs, Ex-MlAs, District presidents, constituency and city presidents, have been called for the meeting.
Showing concern on the spread of dengue in the state, Ashok Arora appealed that the government should make efforts on war footing to curb the spread of the deadly disease.
In a Press statement released in Chandigarh,
Arora has said that more than 500 cases of Dengue
have been reported throughout the state and in
Gurgaon only around 200 cases of this disease have been reported.
