Indian National lok Dal (INlD) on Tuesday complained to the Chief Electoral Officer Haryana, against 14 retired senior IAS and IPS officers who were re-employed in Government jobs and demanded their immediate removal from the jobs for fair elections in the State.

RS Chaudhry, National General Secretary, INlD in his complaint alleged that there are 14 senior officers including those who were formerly in the IAS re-employed by the Haryana government. These from the IAS included Krishan Mohan, former Revenue Secretary, in the rank of Addl. Chief Secretary, K.C. Sharma, former F. C. Revenue, Yudhvir Singh, former, Additional Deputy Commissioner, KS Bhoria, former FC Revenue, Saroj Siwach, former labour Commissioner, TK Sharma, former Divisional Commissioner Gurgaon and  Mahender Kumar, former  Secretary to Governor.

The retired IPS officers employed by the Hooda government included  P.V. Rathee, former DG, CID and R.S. Dalal, former, DGP, Haryana.

He said re-employing the retiring and retired officers in the Government by Chief Minister of Haryana may lead to misuse of their position during the assembly elections.

He urged the CEO to remove all these re-employed officers from their positions to ensure unbiased & unprejudiced elections.
