“For this, it should be checked in next one week through Election Education Clubs in colleges and higher education institutions whether all students have their voter cards or not.
Those students who do not have voter card, they should be encouraged and the concerned electoral officers of area should be contacted for getting the voter cards made,” said Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana, Rajiv Ranjan, on Wednesday.
Ranjan was presiding over meeting of the State Level Systematic Voter Education and Electoral Participation Core Committee, which aims at making people aware to cast their vote and encourage youth to get their vote registered.
