In an election mode, the Chief Minister has already been undertaking roadshows in various constituencies and has covered Yamunanagar, Faridabad, Hisar, Kurukshetra and Rohtak, the stronghold of his Congress’ predecessor Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

The BJP led Haryana Government had earlier held Gram Swaraj Abhiyan under which various programmes were conducted in more than 200 villages of the state from April 14 to May 5.

Under the ‘Ek Raat Gramino Ke Saath’ programme organised as part of the Gram Swaraj Abhiyan, the Chief Minister had also addressed a gram sabha and spent a night in village Salaru of Indri sub-division, in Karnal district.
