Due to the busy schedule, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, who was supposed to inaugurate the ‘Chaitra Navratras’ at Shri Mata Mansa Devi temple in Panchkula could not reach on time. Hooda was to inaugurate the Navratras by performing yajna along with his wife Asha Hooda at Ghat Sthapna at 9 am on the first day. He reached at the temple one-and-half-hour late.
