Hisar MP and INlD’s leader Dushyant Chautala on Sunday demanded scrapping of the Haryana Government’s decision to hire private firms to recruit candidates for the Group C and D posts in the School Education Department.
Chautala, while talking to the mediapersons here questioned the need of hiring private agencies for recruitments. The State Government is already spending crores on maintaining the Haryana Staff Selection Board and employment exchanges across the state for recruitments in various departments, he maintained.
Hisar MP alleged that the State Government has made arrangements for the privatization of government schools and has empanelled companies for this. The decision has been taken to benefit their favorites, he added.
The State Government has however denied the allegations.
Rajiv Jain, media advisor to Chief Minister said that the State Government is ensuring transparency in recruitments process in all departments. Outsourcing policies have been chalked out by previous government but the present government has made amendments in it to ensure transparency in recruitments, he added.
