BJP candidate from Amritsar, Arun Jaitley on Thursday expressed hope that heavy polling would go in favour of BJP. Addressing a press conference here, he said that heavy turnout during polls at Delhi, Haryana, West UP and Kerala indicated that people wanted a change of Government. “Heavy poll percentage has combination of anti-incumbency,” he said.
Jaitley said that heavy percentage would help NDA form next Government under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
Talking about his rival Congress candidate Capt Amarinder Singh, Jaitley alleged that Capt Amarinder Singh’s vision for logical debate is missing as most of the time he talks on non-existent issue.
