With the panchayat elections round the corner, Haryana Government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 16 IAS and four HCS officers in a major reshuffle.
Sudhir Rajpal, Principal Secretary, Cooperation, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation, vice Vineet Garg. Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary, Environment, Monitoring and Coordination, goes as Principal Secretary, Cooperation, in addition to his present duties, vice Sudhir Rajpal, said a spokesman of the State Government.
Sources said that as Haryana Panchayat elections are likely to be announced on Tuesday, the State Government decided to issue the orders of major reshuffle in bureaucratic circle prior to the model code of conduct coming into effect in Haryana.
As per the notification issued on Monday, IAS Vineet Garg has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam. Sandeep Garg, Director General and Secretary, Industries and Commerce goes as Secretary, Home-II, and Joint Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections Commission, relieving Geeta Bharti (HCS) of the said additional charge.
Arun Kumar Gupta goes as Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation while Pankaj Agarwal is posted as Registrar, Cooperative Societies. Vikas Gupta, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, goes as Director and Special Secretary, Urban local Bodies, Mission Director, State Urban livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority. Vijay Singh Dahiya has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation and Director and Special Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs while Amneet P Kumar, has been posted as Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board.
Tl Satyaprakash, Chief Vigilance Officer, HUDA, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon and Special Officer for the ‘Happening India-Investors Meet’ to be held in February, 2016, has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, in addition to his present duties.
Ashima Brar is posted as Director and Special Secretary, Women and Child Development, Managing Director, Women Development Corporation and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. IAS Phool Chand Meena is posted as Managing Director, Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills ltd. (Sugarfed), Vivek Atray, Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula goes as Director and Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce, in addition to his present duties. The four HCS officers who have been issued transfer and posting orders include Hardeep Singh, Managing Director, Federation of Sugar Mills ltd. (Sugarfed) who has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Gurgaon. RS Verma has been posted as Special Secretary, Science and Technology against a vacant post and ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Mahendragarh at Narnaul. Yashendra Singh, awaiting orders of posting, goes as Additional labour Commissioner, Gurgaon while HCS Rajesh Jogpal, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Fatehabad, has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Palwal, vice Garima Mittal.
