Haryana Government has decided to grant interest free Diwali festival advance at a rate of Rs 4,000 to all class-IV employees.
Finance Minister HS Chatha said the advance would be admissible to permanent and temporary class-IV employees and to adhoc employees. About 47,000 employees could avail the benefit of interest free loan on occasion.
