Haryana Government has invited applications from outstanding manufacturer exporters of the State for grant of State Export Awards for the year 2014-15.
A spokesman of Haryana Industries and Commerce Department said that under the Export Award Scheme, there will be a total of 18 awards of `1 lakh each for nine different industrial groups. One outstanding woman entrepreneur award of `1 lakh and 19 consolation prizes for
Micro and Small Scale and large and Medium Industries would also be given.
He said that the applicants should have performed outstandingly in Engineering Auto and Auto Components; Agro based, Food, Horticulture; Glass, Rubber and Ceramics; Scientific Instruments and Home Appliances; Textile, Hosiery, Readymade Garments, leather, Footwear; Handloom and Handicrafts; Electronics, IT, ITES; Pharmaceutical, Drugs, Bio-tech; Miscellaneous and Outstanding Woman Exporter Entrepreneur.
The applicants may submit the resume of their attainments in the office of Joint Director, District Industries Centre of their district on the prescribed form latest by July 31. large and Medium, Small Scale and Micro units exporting their products directly are eligible for the award.
The details alongwith prescribed form has been uploaded on the Department’s website www.haryanaindustries.gov.in, added the spokesperson.
