All Cabinet Ministers and Principal Secretary to Chief Minister in Haryana have been entitled to reimbursement for one mobile handset costing not more than Rs 25000 while the limit of Rs 20000 has been fixed for senior bureaucrats. The State Government, in an order issued, has revised the cost of mobile phones entitled to government functionaries.
While there will be no call ceiling for all Ministers, Chief Parliamentary Secretaries, PSCM, the mobile phone cost has been fixed at Rs 25000. The cost of mobile phones for the officers attached with CM (except PSCM) have been fixed at Rs 20000.
Similarly for all administrative secretaries, officers in super time scale of IAS, IPS and HODs, Joint Secretaries, all other officers who are entitled to have mobile phone handset i.e. protocol officers and assistance RVA branch, the handset cost has been fixed at Rs 20000, the order stated.
