PNS

Gian Chand Gupta, BJP candidate from Panchkula on Thursday assured the residents of Barwala that the long pending problem of flies in the area would be permanently resolved after being voted to power. He was addressing a gathering of party workers and senior leaders at the inaugural function of the party election office in Barwala. The office was inaugurated by Banto Kataria, wife of Rattan lal Kataria, Ambala MP Gupta said, “We are not in favour of destroying the poultry farms, but have advised the owners to take action as its only if they take remedial measures that the problem will be resolved.”  He came down heavily on the ruling Congress, stating that the sitting MlA, DK Bansal besides the unresolved problem of flies, it had failed to meet the expectations of people. He said today Barwala is ailed with endless problems like dirty drinking water, bad condition of roads, etc. “We will never allow any bulldozers to demolish houses outside the lal Dora, as with growing population, shelter cannot be denied to anyone. Growing unemployment among the youth is another problem which belies the claims made by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda that 1 lakh new jobs have been created in the State”, said Gupta.
