Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday said the Committee constituted under the Chairmanship of Finance Minister Harmohinder Singh Chattha on SGPC for Haryana has submitted its report in favour of separate body and the Government would take decision in view the larger interest of Sikhs of the State.
Addressing a press conference after presiding over a meeting of Congress MPs, MlAs, Ex MlAs and other office bearers here, he said that the report was being legally examined.
Asked about the statement by the SGPC that it would take legal action against the Hooda Government, he said that same law applies to all and added that as far as separate SGPC for Haryana is concerned, his Government would take decision which would in the interest of Sikhs of Haryana.
