BJP would release its first list of candidates for Haryana Assembly elections in this week. “We are already late and now our senior leaders have decided to release the first list of candidates this week,” confirmed Anil Vij, BJP MlA from Ambala cant. Talking to The Pioneer, Vij added that due to ongoing suspense over the fragile alliance with Haryana Janhit Congress, party couldn’t announce the list so far.
“As state assembly elections are possible in the first week of October, we would have to speed up our movement in this directions”, added Vij. The BJP had three important rallies-two by national president Amit Shah at Mahenderegarh and Jind and one of Narendra Modi at Kaithal this month. It is busy with four ‘Vijay Sakalp Yatras’ across Haryana, which would culminate on August 31.
Vij said the ‘charge sheet’ on two term ‘misrule’ of current Congress chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda would be made public in the first week of September.
