Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday directed all Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners to pay regular field visits in their respective areas and ensure prompt redressal of grievances of the people.
Presiding over a meeting of Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners, the Chief Minister also directed them to maintain proper coordination with the public representatives, give them patient hearing when they visit them and also consider their genuine works. Apart from this, he directed them to ensure early completion of various ongoing developmental projects. Hooda said the State Government had released grant money for various schemes being implemented in rural as well as urban areas in the state. He directed them to ensure optimum utilization of funds and timely completion of developmental works.
The Chief Minister also directed them to ensure that the benefit of various announcements made by him during Gohana Shakti Rally should reach each and every eligible beneficiary.Chief Secretary S.C Chaudhary, Principal Secretaries to Chief Minister namely Dr. K.K Khandelwal and S.S Dhillon, Deputy Principal Secretary RS Doon and other senior officers were also present in the meeting.
